1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any feature of ShopingKSA (shopingksa.com), you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- One person may not hold multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@shopingksa.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Store & Purchases
3.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT (15%) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3.2 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with an order number. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud β with a full refund issued promptly.
3.3 Returns & Refunds
- Physical products: 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Digital codes and downloadable content: Non-refundable once delivered/revealed.
- Defective products: Replaced or refunded within the warranty period.
- Refunds processed within 3β7 business days to original payment method.
4. Tournament Rules
- Tournament entry constitutes agreement to the specific rules of that tournament.
- Cheating, exploitation, or unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification and may result in account ban.
- Prize distributions are made within 7 business days of tournament conclusion and result verification.
- ShopingKSA reserves the right to modify tournament brackets, rules, or prize pools if technically necessary.
- All tournament decisions by ShopingKSA administrators are final.
- Players must be available during scheduled match times. No-shows result in forfeiture.
5. Membership Subscriptions
- Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard β benefits continue until period end.
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Saudi law.
- We reserve the right to modify membership perks with 30 days' notice.
- Monthly gaming crate contents may vary. Stated values are minimum guarantees.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi Arabian law
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users in any community space
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with our platform
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Create fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials
- Resell purchased products outside of permitted channels
- Share, post, or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Impersonate ShopingKSA staff, other users, or public figures
Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ShopingKSA β including logos, text, graphics, code, and design β is the property of ShopingKSA or its licensors and is protected by Saudi and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Game titles, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective publishers. ShopingKSA is an authorized reseller and does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, ShopingKSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We encourage users to first attempt resolution through our support team before pursuing legal action.
