Same-day delivery in Riyadh for orders placed before 2 PM. 1-2 business days for Jeddah and Dammam. 2-3 business days for Mecca, Medina, and other cities. 3-5 business days for remote areas.

Free shipping on all orders over SAR 199. Orders below SAR 199 have a flat shipping fee of SAR 25. VIP Gold and Platinum members enjoy free shipping on all orders regardless of amount.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your dashboard under 'My Orders'.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already been dispatched. Contact our support team immediately if you need changes.

Payments & Returns

We accept mada (Saudi domestic cards), VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later in 4 installments with 0% interest).

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unopened condition. Digital codes and downloadable content are non-refundable. Contact support to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Tournaments & Esports

Create a free account, navigate to the Tournaments page, select your desired tournament, and click 'Register Now'. For team tournaments, you'll need to create or join a team first.

Prize distribution varies by tournament. Typically: 1st place 50%, 2nd place 25%, 3rd place 15%, 4th place 10%. Detailed distribution is shown on each tournament's page.

Winnings are transferred to your registered bank account or mada card within 7 business days after the tournament concludes and results are verified.

VIP Membership

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle.

Absolutely. You can upgrade instantly and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
